Real Estate Section
Within this activity, we have developed specialized divisions such as real estate valuations, intermediation of purchase-sale and rental transactions, and optimization of real estate assets, being managers of large assets.
Projects Section
Led by the technical architect Patxi Rodriguez Lobariñas, this department carries out major and minor renovation projects, property valuations, and the preparation of various documents, such as energy efficiency reports. We also handle property marketing, creating 3D plans and photomontages, among other services. We even go further, studying potential improvements such as building accessibility analyses, building inspection reports (ITE), and energy efficiency analyses.
